Foreclosure
Data |
|
With the real-estate market cooling off and the credit
crunch tightening, the number of foreclosures across the
country is skyrocketing. Insurers are now starting to worry
about vindictive homeowners damaging their homes. CDS is
considering adding foreclosure data to the RiskMeter Online so
insurers can take proactive steps to ensure homes won't get
damaged. Before we add this data to the RiskMeter Online, we'd
like to gauge your interest by having you send comments to

FL Wildfire Report is Live |
|
Although California wildfires have garnered much attention
from the media, the state of Florida is facing a wildfire
predicament as well. According to the Florida Division of
Forestry, there have been 3,631 wildfires, which have
burned approximately 260,616 acres in the state of Florida
so far this year.
In response to this, CDS has added a
Florida wildfire report to its RiskMeter Online service. This
report will return a property's proximity to very low,
low, medium and high brush. If you have
any questions or if you wish to add this report to your
account, please contact your account executive at
617.737.4444. |
